Position Overview:
As a Medical AI Sales & Application Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth within the radiology and radiotherapy markets. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively presenting and selling our advanced AI solutions. You will also provide ongoing support and contribute to our sales strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads within hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and other relevant healthcare organizations in Malaysia.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Meet or exceed the established sales target defined by the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the clinical and operational benefits of our medical AI solutions.
Understand client needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings in the medical AI space.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Technical & Application:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the implementation and onboarding process.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing healthcare workflows and systems.
Provide application guidance and support to clients, ensuring effective utilization of our AI products.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the benefits and adoption of the AI solutions.
Gather client feedback and work with product development teams to identify areas for improvement and new feature development.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Understanding and Strategy:
Develop a deep understanding of the Malaysian healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and key market drivers.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging or a related healthcare field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales and/or application roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. Experience SaaS-based solutions is a plus.
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the clinical needs and challenges faced by radiologists and other healthcare professionals
Relationship Building: Ability to build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers. Strong network within the radiology, oncology, and cardiology communities is an advantage.
Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
*Additional Info: Candidates with a research background and those available immediately will be prioritized.
Training: Comprehensive sales and product training both locally and overseas.
Leave: Annual leave of at least 14 to 18 days per year,
Medical leave as per Malaysian Labour Law.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Family Leave: Maternity and paternity leave.
Medical Benefits: Health insurance coverage.
Commission.
