Fashion Index Sdn. Bhd., a trusted name in the health and beauty industry, is seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on expanding our wholesale and distribution network, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new wholesale customers and distributors through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in trade shows. Expand our market presence and drive business growth across various channels.
- Order Collection: Collect orders from customers, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to handle order fulfillment and delivery.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. Manage stock levels effectively to meet customer demand and minimize discrepancies.
- Customer Support and Retention: Deliver support to existing clients, promptly addressing any issues and enhancing overall customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Product Presentations and Negotiations: Lead presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Use data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve our product offerings and sales strategies, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG industries.
- Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Responsible and proactive, able to report work progress and follow company guidelines.
- Willing to learn and adapt, able to grasp product and market knowledge quickly.
- Open to new ideas, with basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email)
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to follow instructions accurately.
- Able to handle work pressure and sales challenges.
- Good time management, able to plan and complete tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and willing to handle basic stock movement (e.g., product displays, restocking).
