About the role

Faraza Zahra Trading is seeking an experienced Sale Live Host (ex-Mutawwif @ have attended mutawwif course) to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our growing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing high-quality customer service through live sales presentations and demonstrations
2. Handling inbound customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions
3. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
4. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Mutawwif or attended mutawwif course
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide detailed, informative sales presentations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
