Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day business operations of the grooming center within the retail store.
2. Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled.
3. Ensure pet grooming equipment is well maintained.
4. Perform pet grooming based on best practices and customer needs.
5. Ensure workplace safety, hygiene levels, and cleanliness of the grooming area.
6. Ensure the safety of pets throughout the grooming process.
7. Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance.
8. Understand each customer's concerns and provide options and solutions in line with the health and care of the pet.

Requirements:

1. Preferred skills and qualifications with experience in pet grooming.
2. Have patience when working with difficult pets.
