Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track daily activities of team members:
• Attendance, Promotion Compliance, OOS, Sales, Dropped Sales, Stock Weight, PO Delivery
• Support team members
• Cover outlets with unfulfilled headcounts
• Support UFS CDMs and planners on sales strategies and operational issues
• Conduct monthly 'one-to-one' coaching & mentoring with team members (OJT)
• Conduct field visits to audit execution compliance and coach team members
• Conduct onboarding training for new members
• Monitor headcount fulfillment in the region and support recruitment
• Review area's Perfect Store results and develop action plans
• Support team members in setting up when required
• Attempt to secure additional primary and secondary space in outlets
• Regularly meet with key outlet buyers together with UFS CDM
• Support in any other ad-hoc duties when needed

Academic Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirements:

• Able to speak fluent Malay and English
• Experience as a promoter or merchandiser is preferred
• Friendly personality & sales experience is an advantage
