Job Summary: This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Preparation:
2. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
3. Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality.
4. Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analysis.
5. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues.
6. Data Analysis & Interpretation:
7. Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations.
8. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports and actionable insights.
9. Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results in a clear manner.
10. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
11. Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
12. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, clearly articulating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
13. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
14. Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
15. Assist in maintaining data dictionaries and documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reports.
16. Work with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and support data governance initiatives.
17. Monitor and maintain data quality, identifying anomalies and participating in QA processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. (Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience and skills may be considered for junior positions).
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming.
• Experience in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
