  • Require to speak and write in Mandarin due to using an Accounting System from Taiwan.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage.
  • Able to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Handle/assist with full set of accounts and cash flow management.
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables.
  • Handle correspondence with suppliers, authorities, and third parties.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and document accuracy.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Manage transactions for related companies and follow up on reconciling items.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report financial results.
  • Ensure accounting records and systems comply with company policies, standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
