We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance and Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to analyze key data, collaborate on strategies, and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data and sales performance trends to generate actionable insights.
2. Prepare detailed financial and sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
3. Utilise advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization techniques to present complex datasets.
4. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to support strategic planning and revenue optimization.
5. Monitor and evaluate sales targets, profitability, and overall financial performance.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance sales operations, optimize costs, and improve business processes.
7. Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support business goals.

What we’re looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial and sales analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Ms Excel.
• Advanced knowledge in financial modeling, sales forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
