2. Knowledge of construction methods, Microsoft Project or equivalent.
3. Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role.
4. Ability to assist the Principal Architect in Contract Administration and Documentation.
5. Proactive and capable of working independently.
6. Experience in supervising and coordinating with consultants, site staff, contractors, and others.
7. Meticulous about construction quality and appearance.
8. Duration of work: 18 months.
