JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Digital Platforms & Content to drive digital execution and performance across all marketing channels at the Group level. In this role, you’ll oversee website content, CRM campaigns, paid media, and digital platforms to support brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion—especially for active project campaigns and during new property launches. You will also mentor and manage a team member as your direct report.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee all digital platform activities including website, campaign landing pages, digital ads, email marketing, chatbots, and content management to support property launches, engagement, and sales goals.
- Monitor and report campaign performance (e.g. traffic, conversions, leads, digital engagement), using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, CDP, and CRM dashboards to recommend improvements and track ROI.
- Manage content strategy across platforms (website, social media, EDMs, WhatsApp, etc.), ensuring messaging is aligned with the property brand and optimized for target audiences and formats.
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of group-level websites, focusing on SEO, UI/UX, content structure, and performance tracking for lead generation and improved user journey.
- Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and CDP data to segment audiences, execute personalized content campaigns, and enhance retargeting efforts based on behavioral insights.
- Manage content calendar and creative planning for social media platforms in partnership with branding and comms teams, ensuring brand presence and campaign alignment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Retail, Transformation) and media/creative agencies to execute marketing strategies and enhance the digital customer journey.
- Stay up to date with digital tools, trends, and industry platforms relevant to property marketing, and pilot solutions that improve buyer experience and team productivity.
- Coach and supervise team member in delivering timely, data-driven digital content and performance reporting.
- Proactively drive platform enhancements and propose new initiatives to support lead nurturing, customer conversion, and marketing automation.
- Working closely with line manager and provide guidance to team members to consistently monitor all company digital marketing channels to platform performance and optimization.
- Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, trends, and technologies – both inside and outside of our industry and provide recommendations for management review.
- Leads and guides the team member in terms of website analytics, curation of web content, SEO etc and ensures optimal outcomes from our working relationships with partners such as media agency and social media agency.
- Undertakes all other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.6–8 years of relevant digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Industry experience in property development, real estate marketing, or working with related clients (strongly preferred).Hands-on expertise in web content strategy, SEO/SEM, CRM (Salesforce or similar), CDP, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).Solid understanding of digital platforms, campaign management, and content frameworks across paid and owned channels.Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experienced in coaching and guiding junior team members, particularly in execution-heavy roles.
