Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient deployment of company resources—including equipment, materials, and manpower— to ensure compliance with construction standards. The role involves effective coordination, planning, reporting, and supervision of site activities and workforce.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise site execution to ensure compliance with time, safety, and quality requirements.
Plan and coordinate daily construction operations.
Monitor work progress and implement corrective measures to address delays or obstructions.
Inspect work quality and arrange necessary inspections by clients or the Clerk of Works at each stage.
Maintain daily work records for submission to the Site Engineer or relevant superior.
Liaise with the construction team to assess site requirements and conditions.
Coordinate with consultants on all structural matters and communicate their requirements to site supervisors.
Arrange and allocate resources for day-to-day construction activities.
Schedule and manage inspections by clients and/or the Clerk of Works at all relevant stages.
Ensure timely closure of NCRs, PARs, and SWOs within the given timeframe.
Provide regular updates and reports (daily or weekly) to immediate superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient computer literacy.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Effective coordination and organizational skill.
