Manufacturing Supervisor

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

The Role: Oversee the overall day to day Assembly production line for 200mm Reticle & SMIF pods.

In this role you will:

• Meeting output targets (overall production schedule, quality and zero safety issue)
• Make sure operators meet the performance intended, monitor productivity and provide coaching.
• Ensure working environment is safe, and healthy.
• Have the capability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
• Provide input as and when required to help solve day to day production issues in the line.
• Ensure production work are done according to SOP, WI procedure and in proper order.
• Work well with others supporting team to achieve target and goals.
• Perform production reporting (Output reports, scrap reports, ETQ submissions, etc) and other documentations required.
• Review Work orders on a timely manner prior to run and have proper planning to ensure all materials are available.
• Do Communication pass down (Tier boards) & vital information to oncoming shift.
• Able to meet quality and work order output as given by Planner / assign by Senior supervisor with Zero quality and safety issues
• Perform other duties assigned.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Minimum at least Diploma with 2 years working experience in production area with strong leadership skill.
• Strong leadership skills, proven experience as a supervisor, have good communication and organization skills.
• Good knowledge in MS office.
• Professional appearance and attitude, high integrity and work ethic, have an eye for details / accuracy, proactive attitude.

• Familiar with company guidelines and safety rules.
• Plastic injection molding and assemblies.

Skills: 

• Ability to train and coach operators.
• Good organization and leadership skills.
• Good in English language.
