Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, planning meetings, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage the Directors’ calendar and handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Assist Directors in following up, monitoring, and coordinating tasks.
- Liaise professionally with management, departments, and business associates, maintaining confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding or escalating as needed.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business studies, administration, management, secretarial studies, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel for business.
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.
- Experience in minute-taking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through.
- Located within walking distance of LRT/KTM stations.
