Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, planning meetings, and preparing documents.
  2. Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports and presentations.
  3. Manage the Directors’ calendar and handle correspondence, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  4. Assist Directors in following up, monitoring, and coordinating tasks.
  5. Liaise professionally with management, departments, and business associates, maintaining confidentiality.
  6. Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  7. Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, responding or escalating as needed.
  8. Prepare correspondence, memos, and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, administration, management, secretarial studies, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel for business.
  • Strong integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.
  • Experience in minute-taking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through.
  • Located within walking distance of LRT/KTM stations.
