Job description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and administration functions within the organization including recruitment, employment contracts, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training & development and talent management.
  • Provide HR business partner functions to the senior management in addressing employee and organizational issues.
  • Drive specific HR initiatives in areas such as organization development, employee engagement and talent management to make the company the best place to work.
  • Identify the training needs and training programs to tie back with the company strategy for organic growth.
  • Design a pay and benefits program to retain and attract talents while maintaining minimal impact on company overhead.
  • Handle staff disciplinary and performance issues and support managers on recruitment.
  • Be the advisor on HR Operational issues, ensuring compliance with local labour rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience as HR Generalist and have proven track record in Recruitment.
  • A people person and competent in building staff engagement at all levels in the company.
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Prior with creating HR policy will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work at Seberang Perai area.
