Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and champion all sales-related activities for authorized products.
  • Identify business opportunities and drive effective sales strategies.
  • Formulate business proposals that align with customers' business needs.
  • Manage business growth and ensure sales operations efficiency.
  • Resolve disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner, in compliance with credit control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery and consistently follow up after delivery has been made.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets (cases and revenue).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales, particularly in managing wholesalers, preferably within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in negotiation and presentation.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is required.
