SENIOR SUPERVISOR - ARCHITECTURE (HIGH-RISE - KLANG)

Assist the PIC to oversee project planning, monitoring and control.

Carry out monthly, weekly and daily work programs.

Ensure checking, resolving, and clarifying inconsistencies in drawings well before work is carried out.

Attend all architecture, technical or sub-contractors meetings.

Good liaison with consultants, sub-contractors, planners, quantity surveyors and general workers involved in the project.

Coordinate with the construction team on the architectural construction and detail drawings

Supervise construction works at the project site in order to meet the requirements in cost, quality and time.

Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Construction or its equivalent

Possess certification from Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) / Board of Architects Malaysia (BAM)

5 years of working experience with hands-on site supervision work in high-rise commercial building and mixed development construction industry.

Essential knowledge and experience in ISO and QLASSIC implementation.

Able to lead and supervise site personnel.

Able to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors independently.

Willing to work at Bukit Tinggi (Klang)

Good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
