Overview:

Our client is a growing B2B company looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Affiliate Marketing Specialist. In your role as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will need to initiate campaigns to drive the acquisition and conversion of affiliate partners.

Job Descriptions:

• To focus on affiliate acquisitions and conversions, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
• To develop social media campaigns and brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively devise, structure and deliver marketing strategies.
• To plan and monitor campaign spending against the budget allocated.
• Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms that can enhance the acquisition and conversion process.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
• Experience in e-Commerce, or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to think out-of-the-box and proactive.
