A leading company in Interior Design and Construction is seeking a Human Resources and Administration Executive. The role involves executing HR policies, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Executing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal files.
Handling employee grievances, queries, and other HR-related matters.
Preparing and distributing internal communications and announcements.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinating training and development initiatives for site staff.
Managing the full recruitment process, including onboarding and sourcing the right talents within the hiring timeline.
Managing employees’ disciplinary matters and taking necessary disciplinary actions.
Managing vendor registrations and preparing documents for participating in tenders.
Assisting in preparing documentation and processes required for ISO 9001 certification.
Supporting the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Working closely with management and consultants to align company practices with ISO 9001 standards.
Handling administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Managing office infrastructure, utilities, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Maintaining proper documentation and filing systems.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers for maintenance and facility needs.
Handling logistics such as travel, accommodations, and meeting arrangements.
Performing any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in an on-site environment.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
