Job description

Responsibilities

The Sales & Service Engineer is to assist the Senior Engineer and Manager for the day-to-day activities. He also reports to the Senior Engineer and Sales & Service Manager for completing the tasks assigned for the followings: -

• Assist in preparing the quotation / proposal upon client requirement

• Performing related tasks assigned by superior within timeline

• To support and provide advice to team member when required

• To work hand in hand with Contractors and Customers

• To compile the commercial proposal inclusive of all the job scope such as civil, M&E, test run & commissioning as well as operation (if any)

• Representing the organization in dealing with client, supplier or other bodies

• To ensure company sales growth

• To involve in system design, development, testing, and site supervision

• Customer Support/ Troubleshooting and Resolution

• Provide phone and on-site customer support

• Make sure customer site comply with all parameters from rules and regulation

• Assist boiler inspection with JKKP and customer.

• Assist sales in wastewater, boiler, and cooling water treatment.

• Administer customer field training/ education (formal/informal) including documentation and procedures.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

The candidate should possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Higher in related fields in Environmental /Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering/ Science or its equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Strong communication skills, independent, Committed

• Good in writing of technical report will be advantage

• Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Willing to learn & meticulous

• Preferably at least 1 year working experience in service field
