  1. Able to lead and supervise a team of staff in the department.
  2. Able to plan capacity and allocate resources accordingly to meet the required turnaround time.
  3. Manage the daily operations of the department to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and regulatory reporting to relevant parties on an accurate and timely basis to ensure compliance.
  5. Champion quality, process improvements, and other service enhancement projects to maintain high service levels.
  6. Ensure that procedures are well documented and regularly updated.
  7. Willing to handle cash.
  8. Preferably hold a recognized university degree.
  9. Candidates with 5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  10. Possess good written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized.
  11. Skillful in advanced Excel and SharePoint.
  12. Proactive, able to work independently, and manage assignments effectively.
  13. Proven analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  14. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a team-oriented approach.
