Key Responsibilities :
  1. The Safety & Security Personnel at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat serves a dual role as both Security Guard and Workplace Safety Specialist, supporting the Safety & Security Department and Occupational Safety & Health Division in ensuring the efficient operation and administration of all safety and security functions.
  2. Support security, safety, and health across departmental operations, covering buildings, property, traffics, and life within the Resort perimeter or as assigned.
  3. Assist in perimeter security, patrolling, traffic control, operational communications, movement coordination, wildlife handling, fire safety systems, crisis management, guided tours, jungle trekking activities, occupational safety and health measures, and more.
  4. Support departmental administration, including security reports, master key management, inventory and maintenance records, incident documentation, duty rosters, filing, and data entry.
  5. Maintain professional and ethical communication across all platforms.
  6. Foster professional relationships with stakeholders, employers, colleagues, and third parties.
  7. Assist in departmental financial tasks, such as asset inventories, claims, and procurements.
  8. Adapt to system and workflow modernization aligned with industrial revolutions.
  9. Maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders, employers, employees, and third parties.
  10. Comply with Occupational Safety & Health regulations and company policies, including grooming standards and conduct guidelines.
  11. Perform any additional duties assigned by management efficiently and to the highest standards.
Position Requirements :
  1. Work 5 days a week with shift schedules.
  2. Hold a General Education Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or higher in Security & Enforcement Management.
  3. Additional certifications such as OSH Coordinator, First-Aid Competent Person, etc., are advantageous.
  4. Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in Safety & Security roles.
  5. Experience in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Technologically savvy.
  8. Maintain and update skills, knowledge, and certifications according to applicable standards and regulations.
