For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

The company is a manufacturer of innovative software used by hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Your responsibility is to manage existing customers who use the software solution. You will be the main contact for these customers and act as the link between the sales team and technical departments such as product management.

This position allows you to work 100% remotely.

Start date is flexible, either immediately or at a later date.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main contact for existing customers regarding eHealth software issues
  • Building and strengthening customer relationships
  • Providing ongoing advice on the company's products and services
  • Collaborating with technical teams, especially product management, to implement customer-specific software needs
  • Identifying and executing up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Communicating with the sales department on topics such as KPIs, marketing plans, contract management, and reporting

Your profile:

  • Several years of experience in technical software sales
  • Experience in customer support and relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, good analytical abilities, and technical understanding to grasp customer needs
  • Willingness to travel occasionally during the quarter
  • Excellent written and spoken German, fluent English
