A Day in the Life

Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Germany and will be a remote role. It offers the chance to work across Germany and Western Europe, with travel comprising 80-100% of the role. This will provide invaluable experience in diverse markets and help build a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Plan programs alongside the Sales Manager and other groups to train customers
• Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
• Support sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies
• Report all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics
• Collect and report customer feedback, product and legal issues, and complaints from product-related events
• Carry out administrative duties, such as providing activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, including hospital operating room experience, is highly valued.
