Job Summary

Assist the Project Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure that delivered products are consistent with SPA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor architects’ programs from Building Plan Submission, Tender, SPA, until Construction stages according to MIP.
  2. Building Plan Submission
    • Ensure detailed architect’s drawings for submission to MPK/MPSA.
    • Coordinate with consultants.
  3. SPA Drawings & Specifications
    • Ensure consistency with BPA, Tender, and Construction Drawings.
    • Provide sufficient detail for tender documentation.
    • Coordinate inter-departmental and consultant activities.
  4. Tender Drawings
    • Ensure Tender Drawings match BPA, SPA & Specifications during tender documentation.
    • Ensure sufficient detail for construction.
    • Monitor tender documentation schedule.
    • Coordinate with departments and consultants.
  5. Construction Drawings
    • Ensure Construction Drawings match BPA, SPA & Specifications before site possession.
    • Ensure buildings are consistent with SPA.
    • Monitor construction drawing schedule.
    • Coordinate with consultants and contractors/suppliers.
  6. Support HOD in implementing environmental procedures within your department, development, or project.
  7. Drive environmental sustainability targets/KPIs and report periodically to HOD.
  8. Comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
  9. Take responsibility for environmental protection and pollution prevention.
  10. Adhere to all Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment policies relevant to the job scope and workplace.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, or related construction disciplines.

Skills & Abilities
  • Good knowledge of consultants’ working methods.
  • Experience dealing with authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Self-confident team player.
Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience.
