Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications, managing calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Manage executives' schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate travel to optimize time efficiency.
• Prepare and circulate documentation for meetings, including agendas and minutes, ensuring confidentiality.
• Handle general secretarial tasks such as document management, typing, and file organization.
• Collect and analyze data, create reports, and develop executive presentations.
• Organize company events, including logistics like venue and catering arrangements.
• Prioritize executive commitments, ensuring follow-through and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Facilitate information gathering, activity coordination, and updates for executives.
• Conduct research and analysis for specific executive assignments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or related field.
• Experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar capacity, preferably in the IT or telecom industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with professional writing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a focus on task prioritization and working under pressure.
