Key Account Manager*in Cyber Security (w/m/d)

Location: Multiple locations including Köln, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Gelnhausen, Hallbergmoos, Aachen

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  1. Acquire and retain long-term customers in CyberSecurity as a Key Account Manager*in.
  2. Use solution-oriented sales, negotiation skills, and a hands-on mentality to advise clients proactively.
  3. Serve as the first contact at customer meetings, trade shows, and events.
  4. Develop long-term, successful business relationships and analyze customer needs.
  5. This role is nationwide with flexible remote work options.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Completed studies or vocational training in a relevant field.
  2. At least five years of experience as a (Key) Account Manager*in in Cyber Security, preferably in complex services sales (Managed IT, OT Security Services, Consulting).
  3. Industry knowledge in telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, insurance, logistics is advantageous.
  4. High willingness to travel and fluent English skills required for nationwide client support.
