Role Description

As the Lead for Project Delivery – Customer Experience Solutions, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer-centric projects from initiation through completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the delivery of multiple customer experience projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinating across departments and overseeing system integration efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Acting as the main liaison between internal teams and clients to maintain clear communication and high satisfaction.
  • Identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Supporting strategic planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
  • Supporting Growth and Sales Team for any commercial, marketing or sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Teamwork skills
  • Experience in Retail, UI/UX, Software Development, Fintech - bonus
  • Expertise in Recruiting high-performing team members
  • Proficiency in system Integration and coordinating between departments
  • Excellent leadership and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in delivering customer experience solutions is a plus
