Job Summary

The prime objective of the position is to support all participants in the daily administration of a designated group of single names and their related credit facilities, loan trading settlement, interest schedules, and fees.

The incumbent's performance significantly impacts the department's credibility both within and outside the Bank. A clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each deal is essential to resolve requests for interpretation and action promptly.

Job Description

As a Loan Trading Analyst within RBC Capital Markets - BCS, you will handle liability functions, set up new facilities, maintain existing facilities, and manage daily loan trading activities, including collecting interest and fees from industry-specific borrower groups.

Working Hours: 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities

1. Set up facility, loan, and fee records in the Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS).
2. Process transactions in ACBS based on borrower requests for advances, rollovers, conversions, or repayments.
3. Manage loan trading transactions in ACBS upon receiving trade settlement details from the Settlement team.
4. Process interest and fee transactions in ACBS as per the Credit Agreement.
5. Verify all ACBS two-touch transactions.
6. Input and verify payment information in systems like BESS.
7. Ensure timely clearance of payments on Chase accounts.
8. Resolve issues independently, conduct investigations, and escalate as necessary.
9. Provide backup support to other Administrators.
