About the job: KYC Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

Company Background:

We are representing a multinational client, an award-winning leader in the online trading and financial services industry, seeking a KYC Analyst based in Bukit Bandaraya, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

1. Review customer documents.
2. Resolve alerts during KYC processes.
3. Activate new customer trading accounts.
4. Handle client communication via multilingual and templated emails.
5. Perform Backoffice operations, including withdrawals, transfers, and deposits.
6. Undertake additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Degree in Finance or a relevant qualification.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Prefer candidates who can join immediately, ideally by 11th Dec 2024.
4. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
5. Prior experience in KYC and/or Back Office operations is preferred.
6. Ability to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks and deadlines.
7. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
