Warehouse Assistance Freight Forwarding (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Transfer Arrangements (Warehouse to Warehouse – West Malaysia)
   • Ensure full process completion for stock transfers, including GI and GR in both Etrust and CELLO systems.
2. Special Arrangements for AS/ASS
   • Receive and process orders related to AS/ASS.
   • Upload order files into the CELLO OMS system.
   • Notify and coordinate with the LSP upon successful upload.
   • Monitor order statuses with LSP and provide timely updates on progress and completion.
   • Generate and maintain tracking reports.
3. Shipment Monitoring for MC Containers Delivered to Each HDC
   • Coordinate with the KCI team to monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Backup Point of Contact (PIC) – Inbound Arrangements
   • Act as a backup PIC for inbound logistics arrangements from factories to HDCs.
   • Support the main PIC in managing schedules, documentation, and communications.
5. MC Spare Parts Management
   • Coordinate and manage the inbound and outbound movement of MC spare parts.
   • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all parts-related shipments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics operations, warehousing, and third-party coordination.
• Possess own transportation (Preferable).
• Contract: 1-year renewable term.
