Job description

ISCISTECH is looking for an experienced IT recruitment Specialist (recruiter), who will establish recruiting requirements bycollaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks andemployee referrals.

Manage high volume of open vacancies from end-to end in a fast paced environment.

Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews

Screening & shortlisting candidates, and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.

Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.

Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.

Interview candidates combining various methods. (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.

Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs.

Requirements

MINIMUM 1 years of IT Recruitment experience (external or internal recruiter with recruitment experience is great)

Open to fresh graduate with internship experience in IT recruitment process

Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential

Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and system

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
