What you’ll be doing
  1. Prepare purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and quotations.
  2. Provide administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence management.
  3. Assist in staff affairs and finance-related tasks.
  4. Assist in record keeping and general office administration tasks.
  5. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What we’re looking for
  1. Possess a minimum SPM qualification.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
  4. Attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
