Job description

Specialized in Interior Fit-out Project responsible for detailed technical drawings and coordination with relevant parties including Consultants, Clients, and Construction Teams.

Kepong Segambut, KL

Job Descriptions:

1. Produce detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for interior fit-out and architectural construction drawings;
2. Manage all drawing development required by the project;
3. Perform site checks to ensure proper dimensions, connections, and details for fabrication;
4. Ensure drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
5. Maintain proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
6. Manage multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization;
7. Prepare documents and transmittal forms for submissions, RFIs if required;
8. Consult with key project personnel on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
9. Coordinate with QS, project team, and sub-contractors for fabrication;
10. Study drawings and other pertinent documents in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;
11. Present drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary;
12. Produce 3D drawings when necessary;
13. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent;
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
3. Proficiency in AUTOCAD;
4. Preferably with experience working in an ID firm or company;
5. Immediate availability is preferred;
6. Detail-oriented, organized, team player, positive attitude;
