Property Sales Executive - Iskandar Puteri & Kuala Lumpur

• Promote and professionally sell a wide range of properties to potential buyers.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and project launches.
• Provide excellent customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
• Handle administrative work and provide timely reports and feedback to management.
• Undertake sales programs for residential and commercial properties.
• Assist in preparations for sales launches, marketing activities, and roadshows.
• Promote public awareness of projects and entertain customers (walk-ins, phone inquiries, roadshows, etc.).
• Update and maintain customer database; ensure the sale suite is neat and tidy.
• Achieve sales targets within given timeframes.
• Generate weekly sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and compile newspaper clippings/advertisements on property developments.
• Assist and advise customers on matters related to property purchase, such as Sales & Purchase Agreements and loan procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in property sales, including high-end residential and commercial properties or similar roles.
