To study the commercial market to identify new or potential projects and follow up to identify the contractors tendering or awarded the projects.
Daily sales and marketing including follow up with payments by monitoring the outstanding of each customer and work closely with credit control department on the credit limit approval
Preparation of proposals or quotations to the potential customers and follow up closely for the business including further negotiations.
To conduct market study and recommend to Management whether a commercial plant should be set up in the area to capture potential market or relocate existing batching plant due to lack of market potential.
To work closely with plant on the daily order and attend to customers' complaints.Serve customers by identifying their needs and recommend suitable products
Establish new accounts and services by identifying potential customers
Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies or service applications in customer environment or proposing changes in equipment, processes and services.
Follow up projects promptly with project dealers, contractors for negotiations and closing.
Identify customer needs and recommend optimal technical solutions that deliver measurable value
Build and nurture relationships with key accounts through consultative sales approaches
Develop new business opportunities through technical presentations and demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to delivery
Provide expert technical guidance throughout the customer journey
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Business Administration/ Marketing or
equivalent
Minimum 1 years' experience in technical sales or related engineering role
Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
Understanding of project management principles
Knowledge of industry procurement processes
Additional language proficiency (especially Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)

a) JIS G 3137 - 2008 "Small size deformed steel bars for prestressed concrete".
b) Ms 1138 Part 3:2007 "Prestressing Steel Bars (Quenched and Tempered)
