Job description

Payment and Settlement Associate (Mandarin Speakers)

Manage client funds deposit and withdrawals among various e-wallet and payment providers.

Prepare transaction records from all payment providers and report daily balances.

Perform daily reconciliation and investigate variances.

Respond to inquiries in payment channels and handle related issues.

Monitor and resolve failed payment transactions, working closely with the Operations Team.

Execute foreign currency exchanges among payment providers, banks, and crypto platforms.

Research and gather feedback related to payment channels for workflow enhancement.

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with computer technology, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Messenger.
