Job Description
  1. Identify and deliver new or existing markets in alignment with the business strategy to grow the business, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of products or services.
  2. Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and marketing support within the designated region.
  3. Coordinate and support tender preparation and submission.
  4. Prepare sales reports.
  5. Assist in marketing efforts within the specified region.
  6. Handle all incoming correspondence related to sales and marketing.
  7. Make regular sales calls on major customers within the region.
  8. Attend trade shows as required to benefit the business.
  9. Assist the Sales/Marketing Manager in identifying new business opportunities.
  10. Identify new service trends needed by clients.
  11. Analyze market segments.
  12. Educate the sales team to convey company objectives and develop sales programs.
  13. Develop effective presentations to raise awareness of market conditions, trends, and client needs.
  14. Ensure all sales activities comply with clients and recognized industry health and safety regulations.
  15. Maintain close contact with SGS affiliates on transnational operations.
  16. Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement of Health & Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance, adhering to applicable Quality Management System standards.
  17. Uphold SGS HSE Policy by practicing good safety behavior and following necessary standards and processes to ensure compliance.
  18. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your manager or senior management.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Science with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with good business acumen and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
  4. Extensive experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
