Job description

Job Summary

Analyze cost variations including PPVs, backflushes, subcontracting, RMAs, RTVs, and scrap. Evaluate material costs and perform individual and collective cost runs in SAP, ensuring accuracy in costs and accounting. Compare product costs against monthly quotes and report on material margins, MPV, and inventory for assigned projects, reviewing findings with relevant managers. Review reports on excesses and obsoletes periodically. Monitor and audit inventory, scrap, shop supplies, costs, and sales daily, including physical warehouse audits through cycle counts. Create internal SAP orders for cost recovery by different customers (NRE). Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proficiency with personal computers, Windows OS, and related software, including Jabil’s software packages.
• Basic writing skills for simple correspondence and comprehension of visual aids.

• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and graph interpretation.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Equivalent education, training, or experience will also be considered.
