Job Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on projects & develop new accounts in Malaysia.
2. Negotiate and sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
3. Provide services consultation for customers.
4. Conduct research and gather information on customers, competitors, and market trends.
5. Propose product planning ideas.
6. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
7. Conduct site visits for project inspection and progress tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education level: SPM.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to travel to all states.
• High adaptability to challenging environments.
• Own transportation is required.
• Good communication skills and comfort in reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate products and services.
