Qualifications:
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least a year of experience in procurement.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A team player with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software systems.
Responsibilities:
Inter-Company Procurement:
  • Manage bulk purchase orders for our headquarters and coordinate with branch PICs.
  • Process and consolidate orders efficiently to support our growing network.
Procurement Operations:
  • Partner with an experienced team to handle procurement for HPL and other track items.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members to achieve daily procurement goals.
  • Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Ensure smooth delivery schedules and resolve supplier issues.
Strategic Procurement Management:
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier strategies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with teams for new product rollouts.
  • Assist management with special assignments to support business growth.
