Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least a year of experience in procurement.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- A team player with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software systems.
Responsibilities:
Inter-Company Procurement:
- Manage bulk purchase orders for our headquarters and coordinate with branch PICs.
- Process and consolidate orders efficiently to support our growing network.
Procurement Operations:
- Partner with an experienced team to handle procurement for HPL and other track items.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members to achieve daily procurement goals.
- Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
- Ensure smooth delivery schedules and resolve supplier issues.
Strategic Procurement Management:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier strategies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal procurement policies.
- Collaborate with teams for new product rollouts.
- Assist management with special assignments to support business growth.
