Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities in the commercial interiors & construction space.
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants & corporate clients.
  • Manage tender submissions, pre-qualifications & proposal docs with accuracy and speed.
  • Keep leads alive — follow up through calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Represent us at industry events and site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and project feasibility are aligned.

What You Bring:

  • Sales or business development experience (construction/interiors is a big plus).
  • Strong English communication – written & verbal.
  • A people-person who’s not shy to network or knock on doors.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Self-driven with serious grit — someone who gets things done.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM systems.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Knowledge of the local construction or commercial real estate scene.
  • Experience working with architects, ID firms, or in the CRE industry (office, hospitality, healthcare).
