Recommend Company product suites and services to potential FSI (Financial Services Industry) clients by identifying and developing opportunities through analysis of market strategies, deal requirements, financial viability, and potential market share.
Identify and collaborate with suitable technology partners to enhance the overall solution offering to prospective clients.
Manage the full tender process for business opportunities involving company solutions.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating commercial terms, and aligning deliverables with service-level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with technology partners, project management, and internal technical teams to ensure successful deal closure.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Product Development, Product Management, and Shariah teams to ensure product definitions and delivery objectives are achieved.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant business information and market insights.
Exhibit an innovative and forward-thinking mindset, supported by real-world experience, and take ownership of initiatives from ideation to launch and post-implementation follow-up.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all business information to protect the organization’s value and reputation.
Enhance the company’s reputation by embracing ownership, delivering on unique requests, and identifying opportunities to add value through continuous improvement.
Coordinate and attend webinars or in-person conferences to build business relationships and expand networks.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in retail banking, the fintech industry, or banking solution vendors.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales and business development.
Experience in crafting user-centric proposals and development strategies.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Skilled in delivering engaging and effective presentations.
