Job Description

The Billing Officer shall be responsible for:

• Receive documents from Proof of Delivery (POD) department and verify completeness for local, Johor, and Singapore shipments.
• Sort and complete documentation according to customer requirements and charges.
• Prepare invoices by customers and issue invoices through the system (Maslog).
• Check all invoices for accuracy before printing and storing in the system (Laserfiche).
• Pack all invoices and update dispatch files in Excel format.
• Scan and store all documents in the system (Laserfiche) and file physical copies accordingly.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Work experience in data entry, invoicing/billing.
• Proficiency in using computer software/programs.
• Basic knowledge and experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
