Job description

Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cold calling the potential client.
  • Update marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist with basic graphic design tasks and visual content creation (if applicable).
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing teams.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging message.
