Creative and up-to-date with the current interior design trends, materials, and fabrication methodologies.

Responsible for producing 3D illustrations for submissions and presentation use.

Responsible for producing detailed 2D layouts, details, sectional plans, and drawings.

Perform site visits and surveys for data collection purposes.

Work, communicate, and brainstorm with various departments to ensure smooth handling and delivery of turnkey projects.

Propose and manage materials according to design and costs, adhering to the project budget.

Handle site supervision, progress observation, and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.

Assist the project manager in preparing tender and bill of quantities documentation.

Conduct presentations for clients.

Prepare sample boards and material specification sheets for client approval.

Ensure knowledge and adherence to local building laws and regulations.

Manage and plan daily tasks of junior designers.

Check and validate the drawings of junior designers.

Lead the ISO process for the Interior Design team.

Perform tasks in compliance with company ISO procedures, goals, and KPIs.

Maintain records, documentation, correspondences, and project information according to ISO requirements.

Follow through with yearly goals (OKRs) aligned with organizational directives.

Perform other tasks as assigned daily.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Fluent in design and space planning.

Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

Proficient in 3D software, including 3D Max and SketchUp.

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent understanding of technical drawings.

Independent and goal-oriented.

Creative and articulate in communication.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
