Position: Service Leader - Human Resources (Payroll)

As our Service Leader - Human Resources (Payroll), your responsibilities include:

  1. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources on monthly payroll consolidations.
  2. Managing and maintaining payroll information to ensure timely, compliant, and accurate payroll payments.
  3. Validating overtime calculations and other allowances or incentives for accuracy.
  4. Processing and validating payroll information related to new joiners, leavers, casuals, etc., including calculation, payment, and settlement of wages according to local legislation and company policies.
  5. Providing timely and accurate reports to finance for payroll accounting and statutory payments.
  6. Managing and updating periodic monthly and year-end tax information in accordance with local statutory requirements.
  7. Handling and supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Costing or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Ability to handle confidential matters.
  4. Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  5. Highly organized with attention to detail and high accuracy.
  6. Ability to complete tasks timely, adhere to deadlines, and multitask.
  7. Proficient in personal computing and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  8. Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
  9. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to implement improvements.
  12. Only Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible due to work permit restrictions.
