Job Description

Plan, manage, and coordinate assigned projects typically consisting of engineering, procurement, refurbishment, and installation contracts.

May manage projects involving multi-sites and/or remote locations.

Manage the detailed commercial terms, schedule, risks, and financial performance of the project to deliver quality products and services on time.

Serve as the single point of contact and source of information for internal and external stakeholders related to the contract, operations/equipment/FST preparation, and field operations.

Ensure that services agreements, rental contracts, supplier/vendor orders, IC orders are executed and controlled according to TFMC standards and oversee the SAP order entry/control function for demand creation, invoicing, and order management.

Act as the face to the customer for drilling/installation operations, hotshot manufacturing, mobilization (Equipment & FST status), and workshop orders, supporting the customer throughout these activities to achieve customer success.

Ensure proper internal reporting (financial, legal, project status, etc.) and that operations can pass TFMC internal or external audits. Work independently on complex tasks to meet expectations.

Anticipate and verify that the right procedures, equipment, and personnel are in place to prevent delays, rework, CNQ, and operational risks.

Execute proper job preparation with FSTs, coordinators, internal suppliers, and/or customers according to GBPMS and business models.

Be the first point of contact for issues, providing directions and technical support to FSTs during jobs, and troubleshooting to ensure operational uptime. Provide long-term FST demand forecasts based on operational needs.

Provide financial forecasts to the Finance department to ensure accurate contract profitability reporting and manage actions for deviations.

Incorporate Risk Management into planning, recording, monitoring, and managing risks via TechnipFMC Risk Management tool.

Attend customer meetings on-site, prepare and deliver technical presentations, and meet expectations.

Manage contract costs versus revenue, including customer POs, VORs, and invoicing.

Support FNCR creation, drive closure actions, RCA, and MOC implementation per TFMC standards.

Manage and control customer-owned equipment on TechnipFMC premises.

Upsell and generate additional work/revenue within existing contracts (increase business VOR).

Set milestones, clarify expectations, and coordinate with departments to ensure successful planning and execution. Report project KPIs and investigate poor results for corrective actions.

Qualifications

(Educational Professional)

Technical education, BSc Engineering or similar. Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency.

Knowledge/Skills (consider practical, technical, and managerial knowledge)

High level of computer literacy

Excellent presentation skills

Experience (consider the typical career path)

Minimum 7 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in roles such as Service Technician, Field Engineer, WH and XT Engineer/System Engineer, or Project Engineer, with at least 1 year in the field.

Preferably at least 2 years of project management experience.
