Provide leadership and supervision to the daily operation of clinic services.
- Establish standards and competencies for nurses and clinic assistants to deliver quality, patient-centric services. This includes:
- Promptly attending to customer complaints.
- Regular review and improvement of service quality.
- Routine assessment, training, and education of staff competencies.
- Timely reporting of incidents and planning/executing improvement plans.
- Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of staff and customers.
- Enhancing staff engagement to retain quality personnel.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties
- Managing roster scheduling for clinic staff to ensure adequate manpower aligned with operational needs.
- Ensuring accuracy in payment collection, panel claim submissions, and medication prescriptions as per doctors' orders.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid APC.
- At least 5 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical knowledge with basic business and financial acumen.
