Role Overview:

We are seeking passionate, adaptable Instructors (Full-time or Part-time) to deliver courses in Computer Science, Game Development, UI/UX Design, Math, Physics, and English. Tutors will deliver instruction across varied formats (1-on-1, small groups, in-person, and online) while contributing to curriculum innovation. Ideal candidates are lifelong learners eager to explore subjects beyond their core expertise and collaborate on course development. Non-technical candidates with a strong interest in technology are also encouraged to apply.

Trainees will learn how to run courses in cutting-edge technology and inspire the next generation of tech innovators using our innovative learning platform. You will experience how to guide students ages 8-18 in a fun, dynamic learning environment. You will lead courses in subjects like game development, web design and AI/ML. Our team will provide the curriculum and training –you will bring your passion for tech and education.

With us trainees will be able to meet people involved in the tech community including our partners from Microsoft, Roblox, Internet Brands, OpenEDG, VEX etc. Other than core course instructor and curriculum development work, you will also have the option for rotation and work in:

(i) further events management, marketing and business development work or

(ii) pursue further IT solutions and development work with our software development team.

Core Responsibilities:

i) Teaching & Instruction

Deliver engaging lessons in one or more of our core subjects:

Computer Science | Game Development | Mathematics (at least one from this list)

Deliver programs using our education platform in the following formats: in-person (1-on-1/small groups), online (live virtual classes), and hybrid.

Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and student needs.

Collaborate with the curriculum team to design/update programs on our learning platform.

Research emerging trends in education/industry to propose new course ideas.

Create and refine learning materials (project guides, assessments, tutorials).

Learn adjacent subjects (e.g. a CS tutor exploring UI/UX fundamentals) to support cross-disciplinary learning and courses.

Participate in feedback sessions to refine teaching strategies and content.
