We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Education Consultant to join our vibrant team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing educational counselling and guidance to prospective students, helping them find the right study programme and institution that aligns with their academic and career goals.

What you'll be doing

Proactively reaching out to and engaging with potential students to understand their educational needs and interests

Providing comprehensive information and advice on study options, programme details, application processes, and entry requirements

Assisting prospective students with the application process, including helping them prepare required documents

Maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions to stay up-to-date on the latest course offerings and admission criteria

Organising and participating in educational fairs, school visits, and other promotional events to showcase Kaki Kaki's services

Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion

Providing excellent customer service and support to students throughout their application journey

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or educational counselling role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide tailored advice to diverse clients

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales

Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career goals

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
